In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the Health Services Basic Law No. 3359 and other legislation provisions; In order to collect and process your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, that you have provided to us while benefiting from our health services and other services in accordance with the law, Truself Sağlık Turizm Ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (TRUSELF) provides you with some information within the scope of this Clarification Text.

TRUSELF, as the Data Controller, will be able to record, store, update your personal data as described in this Clarification Text, and share your personal data with third parties (relatives of the service recipient and/or public and/or private legal entities where the service recipient is an employee/insured) in cases permitted and/or required by the legislation or agreements, other public and/or private legal entities, third parties from whom our companies receive services or cooperate in order to carry out their activities for the purposes specified in the legislation to which our companies are subject) may share, transfer, classify and process them in the ways listed in the KVKK and the relevant legislation.

In addition to our clients, our companions, visitors, all our employees and the employees of the institutions and organizations we cooperate with; It has been adopted as an institutional policy to protect personal data within the framework of the following basic principles according to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and Ensuring Privacy and related legislation.

Parties to whom Personal Data may be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your collected personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private persons, our suppliers and financial institutions within the scope of fulfilling our legal obligations, limited to these purposes and to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, and may be processed domestically or abroad.

Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by TRUSELF for the above purposes through different channels and for different legal reasons in accordance with the legislation that TRUSELF is bound and responsible for. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons can be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us via the methods set out in the TRUSELF Data Owner Application Form, which has been shared with the public on the website https://www.trueself.com/, TRUSELF will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, TRUSELF will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;

• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Information about third parties or organizations to whom your personal data may be transferred

TRUSELF may transfer personal data and sensitive personal data of the personal data owner to third parties (third party companies, institutions, group companies, third real persons) by taking the necessary security measures in line with the lawful personal data processing purposes. In this respect, TRUSELF acts in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Article 8 of the KVK Law.
